It’s the size and weight of the equipment, the great technical difficulty and danger, the joy of seeing steel on a semi truck, and most importantly, the promise of more beer. These are all just a few of the reasons why I love documenting the delivery of brewing equipment. Especially if it’s a new brewery and the owners have been patiently waiting.
This was the case with Triple Voodoo Brewing on Monday, November 11th, in San Francisco’s Dogpatch neighborhood. Owner Greg Kitchen has been working towards this goal since he started the company back in 2011. Until now, he was biding his time as a contract brewer.
You can find more photos of the delivery and installation on my blog post for the San Francisco Brewers Guild, and in even greater detail on their Flickr account.
